A few weekends ago, I went to a gluten free expo in Lombard.  It was food heaven for me. Of course I had Chris come along to test out all the gluten free products since he eats what I make ; ) It was so nice not having to worry about what I was putting in my mouth. There was some really yummy treats (not very healthy) and some that were not so good.  By far the best part was trying all the gluten free beer! Right after the expo we went to Binny's and bought two of the brands we tested, Fox Barrel and New Plant Beer.  The only problem is they are sooooo expensive. It was about 8 dollars for 4 beers! Friday after a workout Chris and I decided to drink them and let me tell you....I wish I had more! There will be a Binny's run very soon in the future.
