Easter Goodies


Easter is just around the corner which means sweets are too.  It is hard to avoid the colorful jellybeans, chocolate Easter bunnies, Reese’s peanut butter eggs, M&M’s and peeps.  Your diet does not have to suffer from the tempting candies.  You can still indulge in your favorite holiday candy but before you do read the article below.  This article gives great examples of what 100 calories looks like for each candy.  Portion control plays a huge role in losing weight or maintaining the same weight.  This year enjoy your favorite Easter candy; just make sure to count your calories!
